Cards Of The Week #24
Enel (OP15-118)
I don't think there's much to say about this card since it's borderline locked into 1 deck, and will be awkward to use with any other leader other than OP15 Enel. At least, as of writing this now. Technically the card fetching effect is generic, so if he were to see use in another deck you could use him to get any card. But you will still need to lose a card from hand too.
Locked into one deck or not, this card is very strong since he's a 6 cost character with 10000 power. He is also completely immune to any effect removal, new yugioh boss monster style, so the only way to kill him is with a stronger character in battle.
I suppose the new OP17 Kaido can get rid of him easy since he can negate his effect and then destroy him but other than that his protetcion effect is still incredible. The Blackbeard direction is also possible, but you'll likely need multiple cards to score the removal so it's not very efficient.
That really is all that there is to this card isnce it is very specifically leader focused on 1 leader. It made me think if it should really get the high enough score that it did but it cannot be denied it is a big part of how strong the OP15 Enel leader has been so I don't think it's right to underplay that.

Cloven Rose (OP08-018)
This is a cool looking rare event as far as I'm concerned but I cannot deny that it's a very average card. Even if you were to get the full extend of the boost by having 3 able to attack characters when you play it, it still isn't that amazing. While it probably wouldn't make it that much better, it does still suck quite a bit that you can't power up your leader with it, particularly because it won't be easy to have 3 characters able to attack to get the boost.
I'm not scoring it too badly because it does have a solid trigger effect that could be enough for your opponent to miss an attack for their turn if it comes up. Other than that it's very average. Even the other 2 red events from Two Legends that are of lower rarity could be considered better. They're not mega good either but are at least easier to use.
